Yay for a new series!! This one is super close to my heart because it’s so much apart of my story. Let’s get introduced to trauma, shall we?

Have you ever wondered why you react the way you do? Or why you respond the way you do? I know I was not aware for years how much my past trauma was running the show in my life! I would get mad or sad over things that didn’t make sense to the present situation. It wasn’t until I became aware of my stored trauma that i was then able to begin the work of dealing with it. This video is all about identifying your trauma and then what to do next, once you’ve found it!
